Corporate culture in Russia

Corporate Culture in Russia is still something strange and exotic. Only big and famous organizations can  “play in game which name is corporate culture”. And only a little of them really understand that managing corporate culture is a wonderfull instrument for attract a loyal clients and staff. In the most Russian corporations internal communications its just parties and newsletters about nothing. Why? Because the position of corporate culture manager in workchat in the most of them its just the last word in brench fashion. And only a few use it for make an effective changes in company.

New Employee Orientation Programm is very popular in big organizations. It in the need of a world class human resource management. Include an orientation and retention plan for all employees.  Company policies and procedures not clear to everyone and the communications procedure needed improvement and clarification. The standart programm of employee driven orientation package include clearly states the company mission and vision, expectations, benefits information.

Communication between managers and employees is an important issue in any organization. Employees want guidelines from their supervisors, and the management wants input from the entire team. Most companies have little trouble communicating downward, but getting information to flow upward is more of a challenge. When employees stay quiet about what they need, the negative results can include missed opportunities, delayed projects, and failed initiatives.
